CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee. This allows our valued stylists to get paid for their time and continue to invest in their education to provide the best services to you.

You will not be charged if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment starts; Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the base service price for late cancellations and 100% for no shows. No shows will be subject to permanent removal from our guest list.

COLOR ADJUSTMENT POLICY

At Rinse, we make sure to throughly consult before each appointment starts in order to have a clear game plan for your time with us and future appointments. If during your consultation a decision can not be made as to what look is desired, your stylist reserves the right to refuse service until a clear, ethical decision has been made. We will always strive to give you the look you desire as long as it will not compromise the health of your hair; your hair will thank us!

While this is rare, We understand that from time to time you may desire an adjustment to the service you received.

If you are not satisfied with you hair color service and wish to have it redone by another stylist, you will need to pay for the service again. We require this to ensure that our stylists are compensated for their time and expertise.

However, if you are dissatisfied with the original service, please contact us within the first 48 hours of having the service completed if it is not what was discussed during the original consultation and wish to have it redone by the same stylist; we will be happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment appointment within 14 days of the original service, as long as there is an open availability. These adjustment appointments are not guaranteed and taken on a case by case basis.

Please note that this policy applies only to color services and not to haircuts, extensions or other salon services.

HAIR EXTENSION POLICY

All hair is non - refundable after purchase. After your first install, to make sure we are giving our guests the best experience, we recommend a complimentary 15 min consultation 3 weeks after the installation. This allows us to make sure you are fully satisfied with your service and do not have any questions about care. During this appointment, if adjustments need to be made on placement we can notate that for your next move up. Generally, it can take a move up or two to to find that sweet spot for your specific needs as this is a custom installation. If you would like an adjustment sooner than your next appointment, a charge will be priced as a normal service for that row(s).

We guarantee our work for 6 weeks and offer complimentary “corner repairs”. This is a 15 min spot that allows us to repair / sew a corner that may have fallen with wear. Our placements are ethically based, per our beliefs as a salon, and we would rather you need to come in for a corner sew up than have the tension and that bead rip your natural hair from the scalp. Your install should never hurt or pull on your natural hair, as discussed during the installation, so if you prefer a more “loose” install you may lose a week of time between the typical 6 week move up recommendation. Some guests choose to go longer than 6 weeks between their appointment, but the work is no longer guaranteed after that 6 week mark.

While we have less than a 0.001% replacement rate with Sultry Hair Co, Please note that our extensions are a human product. If you do experience an issue that does not hold up to our standards at Rinse Salon please look through the following:

-has the hair been colored (including purple shampoo) or bleached?

-has the hair been exposed to hard or well water, chlorine, salts, sunscreen or products with sulfates and/or parabens?

- have products outside of Rinse’s recommendations been used?

if the answer to these are “no” and within 30 days of hair purchase please reach out to customer service at info@rinseokc.com. Replacement pieces are not guaranteed and fully based on availability and stock. The hair will need to be removed, tested for the above impurities and sent back to the manufacturer before an approved replacement can be made.

We only recommend R+Co products for the safety of hair extensions and their oil must be used daily to maintain the quality of the hair. Extension hair is manufactured and process completely different than the hair on your head and requires extra care and attention. Please note the longer length of the hair purchased and the more blonde the hair is, the more of a chemical process it has gone through. We only purchase European hair to ensure the highest quality for our blondes, but it still goes through a rigorous process before being installed onto your head.
